At PCCCF, we believe Social Justice, Dignity and Access are more than ideals they’re everyday commitments. Every person we serve is part of a greater story: a story of belonging, opportunity and community strength.
Our mission is clear: to promote well-being and empowerment for individuals, families and communities immigrants, refugees and native-born alike by developing, providing and advocating for innovative, multilingual, community-based services. We see well-being not just as the absence of crisis, but the presence of pathways pathways to care, learning, stability and hope.
Guided by that mission, our objectives are to promote healthy living and community empowerment and to improve access to care and social services. We put these objectives to work every day through three service pillars:
Health-Related Services: Care navigation, screenings, referrals and wellness support because access to preventive care and follow-up should be simple and humane.
Human & Social Resources: Benefits enrollment and advocacy, case management and navigation, plus connections to food, housing and legal resources so families can stabilize and grow.
Education: ESOL and literacy programs, job readiness and digital skills and family education and workshops building skills that open doors and create opportunity.
“When communities have clear information, fair access and compassionate guidance, they do more than survive they thrive.”
None of this work is possible without our partners, neighbors and supporters. To every staff member, volunteer and community ally your service powers our impact. And to every participant who entrusts us with their journey your courage inspires our purpose.
Social justice. Access to care. Empowerment through education and services.
